Kate Merkle, MPH, RD, LDN, CDWF
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Certified Daring Way Facilitator™
I believe recovery from disordered eating is possible. For over 15 years I have been helping people heal their relationship with foods. I specialize in the nutritional treatment and body attunement for individuals struggling with disordered eating & body image issues. I have completed extensive training in the field of eating disorders and have worked in hospital settings, various levels of treatment, and private practice. I believe nutrition is key in maintaining or improving one's health.
I take a holistic approach when working together to get you unhooked from disordered eating patterns & negative body image concerns. Together we will define your destination and cultivate the skills and perspectives to get you progressing on your path in the direction of true recovery.
It gives me great fulfillment to guide my clients through the nutritional part of the recovery process, while identifying goals that bring about personal development.
